Cirrys home

Every client site. Only the problems.

Cirrys watches your clients' UniFi networks, opens a ticket when something breaks, and keeps the client in the loop.

742 client sites All fine
A board of 742 client sites, almost all healthy. In turn, one site has a problem: Oak Ave switches to backup internet, a card terminal at Main St goes offline, a Wi-Fi access point at Elm Rd stops answering. Each time Cirrys opens a ticket, assigns it and tells the client, and the site returns to normal once it's fixed.

One tool for the whole job, from the alert to the client's reply.

A board that stays quiet until it shouldn't

Built for hundreds of sites. Healthy ones stay out of the way, and the few that need you rise to the top with what changed and when.

  • Consoles offline, devices missing, internet switching to backup
  • Watch the devices that matter, like card terminals or cameras, and know when one goes missing or lands on the wrong network
  • Alerts to Teams or Slack, with a ticket opened for you

Tickets that know about the network

Every ticket carries the site, who to call there, its internet provider and what monitoring saw. Clocks show what's due next.

  • Response and resolution clocks that pause while you wait on the client
  • Time tracking, and jobs for project work
  • Docs and an encrypted password vault, with every view logged

A support page your clients will actually use

Your clients ask for help in plain words, from their phone, with a photo of the problem. They see each step and get an email when you reply. It carries your name, not ours.

  • Guided request types, and a priority they choose
  • Their admins see every request at the company; everyone else sees their own
  • Coworkers can follow a request and reply on it

How a problem moves

  1. Cirrys notices

A site switches to its backup internet at 9:14, or a card terminal stops answering.

  2. A ticket opens

With the site, its contacts and its internet provider already filled in, and the right person on it.

  3. The client is told

Their support page says what's happening and what you need from them, so nobody has to call.

  4. You close it out

When the line is back the alert clears. You resolve the ticket and the client gets a note.
